Pricing

Our fees vary depending on the size and location of the room and the degree of care required by the individual.

As a guide, our current fees range between £550 to £700 per week. This covers all the routine expenses of living at Old Charlton House including accommodation, meals, laundry, and day to day care.

The manager undertakes pre-admission assessments on all prospective residents to determine the care that is specific to them and we continually re-assess each resident at regular intervals to ensure their care reflects their changing needs.

Emergency admissions cannot be accommodated unless there is an opportunity to carry out an assessment first.

Prospective residents are given a copy of the homes terms and conditions and will be given details of our charges and what is included in the fees. On admission the Resident or their relative/advocate will be expected to sign a contract.

Additional services can be easily arranged, including dry cleaning, delivery of personal news papers and magazines, hairdressing, chiropody, and visits by dentists, opticians, beauty therapists etc. These services are charged for separately, in addition to the fees mentioned above.
